At Australian Gold, we want you to be completely satisfied with your sun care purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unopened condition.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the unused products in their original packaging, ensuring the RA number is clearly marked on the outside of the box.
Ship It Back
Send your return to our distribution center using a tracked shipping method; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects and approves the returned items, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
